  • Deposit of a  30% Not Refundable required for any booking.
  • Balance of 70% paid 60 days from departure date, Not Refundable.
  • Customers refund will be applied, Less  5%, if weather conditions OR and Mechanical Engine Problem that do not permit the boat to departure, and not been replaced to anther boat same standard .
  • Customers not show up on departure Date OR Time will result on No Refund.
  • We cannot be held financially responsible for any changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, political problems or civil unrest.
  • All Customer must carry a travel insurance, we will not be hold responsible for flight delay , loss of privet articles , as well diving insurance incase of DCS emergency .
  • Payment : You will receive an e-mail invoice , Once we received the payment we will send you a full confirmation and Your Voucher.

For Full Charter and Group Bookings:
 Payment: 50% of payment should be made when re-confirming charter Not Refundable. Full payment should be realized 90 days before charter Not Refundable. All Customer must carry a travel insurance, we will not be hold responsible for flight delay , loss of privet articles , as well diving insurance incase of DCS emergency .
Tour cost does not include: Air fares, beverages & personal laundry, clients personal insurance, airport departure tax.
